Earliest to get a moon stone

ok ik that this has been spoken of before, but the ones that i read dont give me answers just more questions. sorry but i really wanna know where i can find a moon stone early game, aminly cuz rn im struggling against giratina and i feel nidoking will help (as context im going agaisnt giratina just before ghost type gym).

 

i tried looking at phasial cave but no luck

Get the itemfinder and look around phasial cave in route 3, there is one hidden moon stone there.

I don't remember where exactly.

These are the words of the item guide: 

 

Phasial Cave

Entrance (Grassy) Area

2 Mining Rocks
Rock Gem (1st dark brown big rock up from the entrance)
Mineral Ball (1st light brown rock down from the entrance)

Reverse Candy (2nd light brown rock down from the entrance)
Green Shard (2nd light brown big rock down from the entrance)
Steel Gem (5th dark brown big rock down from the entrance)
+Blue Shard (lower right part by the river stream)
Connection Area
Full Heal (grass space at the bottom right under the entrance)
Moon Stone (grass space left of the exit)
Exit (Rocky) Area
Red Shard (2nd dark brown big rock lower left from the entrance)
Grass Gem (3rd small rock above the healing star)

After you deal with the kingdra statue you unlock an area, you can get the itemfinder there.
