Ametrine Mountain Dialogue Question

I just finished the Ametrine Mountain section involving Blake and the Ruby Ring, but a lot of the dialogue that should've been there according to the relationship values guide just wasn't there. I expected to see the following but didn't:

If exposed Corey earlier in the game, when Blake mentions Corey to Heather and she says he taught her to fight for a better life: +1 Heather
At Ametrine during the Blake chase, talk to Shelly when she says she needs a moment: +1 Shelly

Neither of these happened. I said no to Blake and Shelly all 3 times, which affects relationship values with both of these characters - is that why these lines aren't appearing?

Depends on save file
If the save was made before the Dialogue system was added, Relationship Values don't work for it

The relationship value guide is at least 2 or 3 versions old I believe so I assume some of it has either been changed or removed.

Some of the dialogue, also, depends on whether you gave Blake the Ring.
