At the bottom of the circus, there's this child with an old man. Talk to the child and he'll mention something about wanting a doll. Go play the high striker game until you win a pokedoll. Give said pokedoll to the child and the man will give you the field note as a reward. It's recommended that you save before playing the high striker game and soft reset after a couple strikes so you don't lose too much money. Link to post Share on other sites
