a weird encounter glitch

so when i ecounter a pokemon the game crashes

Try to redownload the game, It sounds like its either crashing due to a script error or Some of the pokemon graphics never downloaded correctly and its crashing cause the png of the pokemon cant load

but in my other save file every thing is normal

also i tried to download the game again nothing happened
