Long post,, trying to summarize the story (Spoiler)

I have just finish the game for the 3^rd time and now trying to figure out the timeline and summarize it. The story is really good and I like how the creator giving crumb all over the world building a big picture. My only complain is there are TOO many character, faction and storyline for Arceus sake. So here is how I grasp the timeline

From the begining

We have the first man and woman: Nymiera and Vitius (no confirmation but come on). These two seem to be immortal

Later they have a fall out because Vitius hate pokemon cause he think human are superior

 

Fast forward a bit:

Nymiera and Vitus is now leading there own kingdom and Vitus attacked Nymiera over her archetype. Nymiera use the archetype to give human power by accident and Vitus gain the upper hand, the final battle was fought over the castle lie beyond blacksteeple castle, where Nymiera used to stay. The outcome is unknown but in the future we know that they have come to some sort of agreement to keep the peace.

 

Fast forward:

Now we have several kingdom, Vitus and Nymiera clearly no longer the leader figure of human race, most likely due to their agreement, let human race live on there own.

_ Kingdom of Griselda, used to be where goldenleaf town is now

_  Kasura, a japanese style kingdom that is now goodra kingdom, lose to Griselda in the war

_ Two other kingdom lead by Griselda’s sisters, later betray her

_ An egypt based kingdom that has magic, Zygara. The king become a Cofagrigus that we fought later

_ Garufa kingdom with their science 

Zygara was forced to made the crest by Griselda for the war. Griselda later was betrayed and turn into Giratina, her daughter turn into a Gastly. Her sister are Dialga and Palkia. It has show that some human in this world have super power, most likely because of what Nymiera did with the archetype in the past. This era come to an end after a castatrophic event but the Garufa survive with their Pyramid/Ark

 

Fast forward:

Now in Miera region has a nuclear melt down, everyone migrate to Avium.

In the Pyramid we saw Vitus as one of the scientist there. In the piece of ruin underwater we saw the diary show what effect the archetype has on human, I conclude Vitus was trying advanced human race with the archetype. The effect show subject turned golden, and Melia’s mother hair was black arcoding to her medical record. So now the event go like this

_ Vitus married a subject, had four kid, locked 3 away but Erin later escaped. Raising Maria with his wife, had a good life

_ Blakeory come and wreck eveything, revert Vitus to his evil way, MC was there.

_ Vitus decide to do something drastic that violated his truce with Nymiera and the two side battle again, we were there too but Nymiera lost, Anju was capture, the japanese sidekick, Hazuki married into Blakeory family. Despite his victory, what ever Vitius did was stopped by Vivian spell cast ealier. We know Vivian was given the book by someone else, my guess is Freya so it was no coincident.

_ Vitus back to his house, Blakeory’s son with the help of evil Gardevoir is now in charge so no one pestering Vitus about his house anymore, he lived there with Melia until our arrival, the one with Venam and her co. During this, Maria become super saiyan and escape at the end, what happen after, we don’t know.

 

Fast forward:

_ The player, who were living with Nancy at GDC go on a trip and the game start.

So now about what happen afterward:

_ Who is madam x, i think Madam X is Melia from the future, her motive, destroyed the world and brought a new. She is clear not all knowing, we have saw her in blacksteeple castle and the pyramid, she herself is looking into the past and it's secrets. After 10 year old Maria went supersaiyan and escaped, she is capture by madam X, erase memory and raise by team xen as Melia until meeting with us. 

  So why madam X need the armor, the armor grant her immune to be erased but hidden her power too so she need her younger self to fulfill whar ever role she had.

_  What happen to Vitus, the most popular theory is his soul now lie with Anju but I don’t think so. How and why Anju become who she is now I don’t know, her story will be revealed in Neverwinter episode. As for Vitus, He went to golden leaf, seduced Narcissa but for what ? We know he was experimenting with Giratina there and we also found a type-null there. And while it is not confirmed, everyone know type null is the failed clone of arceus. After Wispy ruin burned down, he move to GDC and become the kingpin of underworld. Remember they said the black market is funded by V, I think it is him. Tiempa and Spacea, after withness storm 9 destroyed their era, spend their life trying to stop it.

_ Red hair woman and surf boy, I think they are Jan and Risa raider( same hair style and her puff tuff has same stat and moveset as Naganadel). And since Amanda is an evil robot, we can tell the Avium league's admin is unlikely to be good guy anyway. Who they really are, Lord Xenadin and Freya. Up until this point, Aveum region story is around Vitus and Nymiera, but these two are from Miera region, what is there purpose, why they are with Madam X? my theory is they are seeking whatever power Madam X is looking for their own purpose so as of now, they partner up. They both using ultra beast, pokemon from other dimension so maybe their motive is open a door to other dimension, just maybe ?

_ who is the Player, remember Nymiera had a son that defended her until he is dead then Nymiera made a wish with the archetype to save her people, I think that is how the Inteceptor is born. In the water under the ruin, we know the Garufa and Vitus is trying to do something with the archetype, and with Ana being one of the player possible avarta. I think Vitus is either trying to make his own Interceptor using the archetype and result in Anathea, his wife.

_  About Ana, so children are being kidnapped in GDC by something look like Ana. Ana wings/ring ? look kind of like Melia when she using her power. Anju also said "Arceus, take back what is yours" when sacrifice Melia so we can conclude Melia power is indeed come from Arceus. So i guess after losing Melia, he want to recreate Melia in someway that is more obedience.

_ Nim is yveltal, Madam x’s yveltal is also from the future when she capture it, because she constanly meddle with the past, the armor keep her from being erased. The main pokemon manga has an armor with same effect btw

_ Conclusion: there are 5 faction:

+ Team xen partner up with surf boy and red hair

+ Desert gang with Alexandra trying to defend the ancient history

+ Flora and her eco-terrorism group

+ Vitus and what ever he is doing, kingpin of GDC

+ Melia and her merry band including us the player

I replay the game and changed something

V is a girl though, but i do think there is a connection with him and Ana though. I think he's also been researching on the interceptor considering how much he knows about the Garufa. And he clearly remembers us in our encounter under the sewers which is set after we meet him in Kugearen. He initially seems shocked to see us, and he later states that his wife's death had TWO witnesses. On first run, you might be inclined to think he's saying himself and Marianatte, but it's clear on a second run, he's actually referring to himself and us since he remembers us, so i guess he may soon learn we are the interceptor. He doesn't recognize Venam of the hair dye, that's the whole point from a writing POV to change Venam's hair to brown in the past, so he doesn't recognize her since she has purple hair in the second meeting.  

 

 

But Madam X can't actually be Melia, we saw a bit of her face in V12 and it's not hers, the skin is darker. It may even be a brainwashed Nymiera of some sort but that's just my theory and it's unlikely. As for the Surfer group, i think their motive is to do what fate demands them since they both aid us and hinder us, the male gives us the emotion powder, and the female ensures Aelita will be born, despite her horrible methodology. They also keep mentioning because of us, Fate is all out of whack.

i really didn't see anything during that encounter on top of pyramid, it too fast. But her being Nymiera make sense too,. We still don't know what happen to her after the battle with Vitus. Still, the fact Melanie has the time diamond, own a Yveltal and her "oh father .. " dialog make it hard to not connect her and madame X. And Melanie and Melia are one person, they merged after all. Beside, Madame X don't know player is the Interceptor at first, if she is Nymiera, she would have, Nymiera even know our true name. And since Hazuki escaped nicely and got married, there no way Nymeria is capture too, Hazuki would die before that happen. And i doubt Jan would introduce another character as madame X, that would suck

1) Vivian did not stop totally the catastrophy. Normally Vitus should have destroyed the world, but in the end "only" Storm 9 happens

 

2) I'm quite sure it was given by Kanon. If i remember well, Cera tells that since a white-haired boy gave this book to Vivian she isn't the same anymore. And this book was given to Kanon by Madame X, who saves you to save Kugearen City from the explosive orb. So that seems logical.

 

3) I would rather say that Nymiera is somehow Xerneas and Vitus somehow Yveltal. Melanie demands help for her father and Yveltal comes...
