Items To Unlock Ralts Chamber (Rejuv V11)

I'm in the Sheridan Wastelands... to get Ralts. It says you have to get 3 Cell Baterrys and 1 Metal Powder... and of course the Pokeball. But where do you find the Cell B's and Metal P?
