Arcanine Learnset?

I have an arcanine right now but it doesn't seem to be learning any of the moves it is supposed to (no moves at all since flamethrower) at this point im supposed to have crunch and heat wave but dont. Arcanine is lv 46, evolved at level 40. are learnsets changed in reborn?

Stone evolutions usually don´t have any level-up moves. Growlithe has to learn the moves before you evolve it.

Along with what was said above, Reborn also uses the USUM movesets, so make sure what you are looking at isn’t a Let’s Go movelist.

Arcanine doesn't learn any move by levelup. He learns something via heart scale, but most moves come from TMs amd preevo
