Church of Theolia Zygarde Cell

So i kinda forgot to collect my gather cube until after i beat angie and the zygarde cell in the room in the church is blocked by the dimensional rift. I cant get it anymore cause when i take a step ahead i reach the battlefield of the gods. Anyway to fix this??Also the cell next to the east gearean help center does not spawn for me

After angie is free from prison(post ninth gym) the dimensional rift will disappear. So, you'll be able to get the Zygarde Cell.

Iirc that one is time dependent
