I talked to it at Oceana Pier (yes, I have a Gourmet Treat in my bag) but it doesn't do anything. I tried beating the Goldenwood Forest event and Venam, but still, it won't come with me. Is it a bug? Or do I have to do something else? EDIT: Nevermind, seconds after posting this I just found out you can talk with a dude in the ferry terminal and it can activate a new event. I feel so stupid. kithas Posted May 1, 2019 Share Posted May 1, 2019 I don't know if it's available from the beginning, but there's a guy on the house just northeast where the buizel is located (in the same pier area, is the ony house) where you can find the guy who owned the buizel first. Then you go into the city and I think you can see the buizel passing you, and then near the Train Station to route 2 you can catch the rest of the event.
