Balm Mushroom location

So I'm new here to the forums so I'm sorry if I'm breaking any rules or anything, but I had to ask this question:

Are there any other ways to get a Balm Mushroom? I sold the only one I had gotten from some forest, but from what I've read, that's the only one available. Is this true? Is there any other way of getting the Balm Mushroom, or am I out of luck? I need said item for that one particular quest that I don't necessarily need to spoil

In the Reborn Walkthrough it says that you can get it from Paras and Parasect. I didn't confirm it myself though.

Wild pokemon held items chart, has been adapted to 7th gen. No more Balm Mushrooms, alas...

 

Your only bet is a trade, or the single one you get, during the Leftovers quest from The Spice.

@Vanitas might be able to help you of you need it for the quest, but they have Removed it off of wild Pokemon as we are following ultra sun/moon
