Looking for several Pokemon

Hi everyone,

 

I'm looking for several Pokemon:

 

Azurill (I don't have Sea Incense so I can't breed it but is it still available with Luck to get an egg from the Police officer in Jasper?)

 

Tropius (I read there would be an event in Beryl but it seems it is never sunny in my game...)

 

Helioptile/Heliolisk (Is the Helioptile Event only before renovation? In Pokedex Heliolisk is found in some places of the desert but I can't find more Information about the exact places. I walked through the desert a few hours but found nothing)

 

Emolga (Is Emolga Event only before renovation obtainable too?)

 

Whismur/Loudred/Exploud (unfortunately I traded the loudred from 7th Street, so is there somewhere one of them found in wild?)

 

I appreciate any tips/help.

If you post renovation you can't get Azurill by yourself until next episode, tropius you can catch wild in the jungle next to Beryl ward, heliolisk is a low chance encounter but is only found in dessert after restoration think Syther but dessert can also be found in mirage tower dessert but not when it's barren, emolga is wild morning and day in Jasper ward grass, out of luck on whismur line as well currently
