Any tips on getting gastly to quit playing ring-around-the-rosie after you beat the Breloom Bot? I couldn't find anything on it yet...

ive read that you just have too keep runining up and down without a pause for a while.

yeah, just run up and down for a few seconds and gastly will run to the right side of the room.
