Has anyone ever won a legitimate Masterball?

It is supposed to be obtainable, from Lottery (pokemon ID comparison), over at Onyx Ward casino... If all 5 digits match. Some people i traded with, their pokemon were caught inside a Masterball, but the sprite was of the normal one, not Reborn's distinctive, custom made one!

 

So, has anyone, ever, caught the best ball, in its Reborn iteration?

Your odds get significantly better if you do a decent bit of wondertrading. I actually won 2 master balls by chance so far, on a file that has probably something like 3 boxes filled with random wondertraded mons. At this point when I go into the lottery, I get 5th prize or better guarenteed, 4th price very commonly, and everything else rarely. Just gotta catch ALL the ID numbers.

^This.  Any form of trading is going to get you a ton of different ID numbers on pokemon.  In-game trades can do that as well, and if I'm not mistaken, some event pokemon also have different trainer IDs.  I personally haven't gotten one myself, but the odds would probably be much higher after using those methods.

I manage to get one. I guess I was lucky because it was my first try doing it.

Okay! So, is the legit masterball in the reborn color/shape, or its sprite still is the normal one's...? Because in game files, it is not the classic design.

It looks to me as if it takes after Reborn's signature design.

It's the Reborn Ball, but it should just be a replacement of all the masterball images in the folder (it's not coded as a different ball) so either you have the regular image instead for some reason, or the party image still uses the regular sprite for some reason.
