a. I have not used Fizz (or any other mid laners) in quite some time

b. Either way I wouldn't do outstanding (maybe a few kills here and there

c. I still like the fisherman skin over the void skin (#urfpower)

Ikr, my friend always gets pissed with me because I don't exactly use him conventionally, but I completely wreck face when I get what I need.
