Z-Ring and Aloraichunium Z Locations Reborn

The title says it all but where is the Z-ring and Alolan Raichu’s Z-crystal, it any crystals really.

Alola Raichu's Z-Crystal can be found in a cave at  Azurine Lake. You will need Blizzard inside IIRC. And with the HMs required it can't be done until you have Fly, which is the 13th gym leader.

Why do you need Blizzard?

It acts like a field move in that cave, though you need to use it in a battle instead of from the party menu.  I think Earthquake reverses the effect, though I don't think you need it to leave the cave.......maybe have an escape rope just in case.

The Mega-Z ring isn't available until after the 15th gym battle, after a quest in the Grand Hall.  I don't know if that Z-Crystal is available yet.
