Autumn Zephyr Posted April 15, 2018 Share Posted April 15, 2018 I believe that it's referring to the celebi shrine in Sheridan, since that's a shout out to where shadow pokemon were purified in Colosseum (and XD, to a lesser extent). You gain access to that by interacting with the celebi statue towards the southern end of the village, though I believe that it's locked behind a story event initially.
