So it is to my knowledge that you have to return every mon you bought from the 7th street vendor and return it to everyone for access to the Mega Ring post Titania? Thing is as I'm a mon hoarder it's likely that I've released some of them (if not all of them lel) and the game only accepts specific OTs. 

 

That said, can someone list down the OTs and IDs of every mon bought from the vendor? Thanks in advance.

Worry about Jigglypuff first. That one is in a house in north Peridot. But for him you have to revisit a few of the other owners, and after that, he'll point you to the Vanilite owner

I believe that only works if your save isn't E15 or past. I don't quite remember, though.
