Blissey should go OU again. She doesn't deserve to be in BL. You just can't throw the second best Special Wall(after Evio Chansey) in a tier lower than OU. Also, Amoonguss should seriously go to BL or even OU in my opinion. Guys, that mushroom is so bulky. Add Spore and Regenerator and it's among the worst things you want deal with in a battle(others being Venusaur in Sun and Chansey).
