I found some guides on Internet and they says you need some dittos with 31 iv , but the problem is that the only one ditto i have hasn't 31 iv in nothing. Can anyone trade some dittos with 31iv in some statistics? Sorry if my english is not very good. Quote

(Although, you can get it easily using Either RPG Maker XP, Sandbox mod or using Scripts mod which is being released recently on here.) Quote
