Animefan666 Posted June 14, 2017 Posted June 14, 2017 Ralts is in the very back of the Team Xen Backup Lab. You need the Railnet HQ Key obtained by beating Kyogre in Valor Mountain.

Aleita isn't present when you fight Kyogre. You only fight Kyogre if you went to the bottom of Valor Mountain when Team Xen was there in order to rescue Amber

No. It's optional if you make the right choices before hand. (I believe you can skip it if you refuse to give Angie's maid the magma stone but have to fight it if you willingly give it to her) Edited June 15, 2017 by Lucky1998
