Don't know if this is the right section but i have 2 question----

1.Is there a complete guide for the game??(i got one but it ends at the gym leader AYA)

2.I heard that u can make item using fling+recycle(the way to get multiple life orb, choice items). Is it really possible?? If yes,then can anyone make me unterstand how to do that??

For you first question you can always watch walkthroughs on youtube , there is a lot of them.

As far as I know you may be able to get items through thief..

This one answers your second question.

 

For the first one, you could see YouTube playthroughs. I liked the nickaboo92, shofu and dai laughing's playthroughs. Also, Lostelle's event pokemon and puzzle guides are really helpful.
