I've been playing showdown for a bit, and made my first semifinal. I really need help perfecting my teams. Here is what it looks the UU team looks like:

Your UU team looks very offensive and doesn't have a lot of speed. Maybe try switching Swampert for a more defensive mon. For the speed part you could try using something like Crobat. I can't really help you with the Ubers team, I don't play Ubers.

Guess I can give some advice for the ubers.

 

Firstly, your arceus is not good enough to be a solid attacker. The amount of pokemons it can hit with judgment + icebeam is very limited ( Lugia , megamence , hooh , landorus ) Icebeam nowadays is a mandatory arceus move to deal with flying / dragon types, but electric doesnt cover up any serious threat in the tier, and it gets completely shutted down by excadrill / groudon. 

Magic coat can be used to block stuff, but it definitively wont block darkrais cuz the situation of darkrai in gen7 ubers is nonexistent. Due to dark void nerf, running hypnosis is a better alternative and it is considered as a joke set in low ladder only. My personal preference is running bold arceus ground to block primal groudon.

 

For primal groudon, its solid enough, but swords dance > power up punch.

 

Primal kyogre runs a decent set, no problem on that.

 

Lugia runs a decent set too, fine with that one.

 

M Gengar's set doesnt favor your team in some aspects. You already have 3 solid special attackers in your team, I personally think gengar would fit more in as a supportive pokemon. Hex over shadow ball, substitute over dazzling gleam, keep destiny bond and sludge bomb. 

 

As for porygonz I just assume you like to use that mon, but unfortunately it is not  viable in the tier. Xerneas outclasses pory z in all aspecs in that manner, z geomancy provides better boost, and in both cases there will be a magearna to steal stat boosts regardless.

Your uu team does have a significant weakness to dark/ghost with half of your team being weak to it. Also I can see you having some problems dealing with dragon type pokemon as you have no fairy type and only metagross. Metagross due to it's low speed stat with likely have to eat 2 attacks on the switch unless it uses bullet punch. Lose metagross and and outrage can ruin your day.

 

As for ubers, I'm just going to second everything that Viscount said.
