Since Growlithe is almost 6IV, I can trade you a female 6IV Larvitar. I have many 5IV's (all with 3 or 4 egg moves) to choose from for Tyrouge: Togepi (barely any females, but many male 6 IV's), Honedge, Deino, Ralts (two egg move sets), Eevee (a few females-but not many), Gothita, Corphish, Seal, Nincada, Poliwag, and Zubat.
