Didn't have the correct team to make it past Agate circus and had to grind the clown trainer for 3 and a half hours.

money rates are currently borked in reborn (thanks @Marcello) so it isnt uncommon for everyone to hit 999999 pokedollars at the end of ep16 content, even without grinding vs indra or grand hall trainers

i suggest you use your money to buy a lot of items, then sell it once you're short. so the next money you'll earn from battles won't go to waste since money won't go any further

I'm going for 99 rare candies.

Unfortunately I tend to find levelling off off exp.share goes a little slow after level 60, so I just jump up to 80 with candies, and so I'm now at 79, after levelling a few pokemon like that.

once? i can't even count how many times I fought  that clown hahaha. I kinda stock myself in circus after finishing the sewer things

Yeah at the sewers atm so il problably stock up afterwards again.

maybe? if you get a hard time beating a 3 consecutive double battles. but in my case I just choose being stocked to level up all my pokemon. and i don't feel like going further in the main story of the game yet.
