Igglybuff Lady [E16]

So talked to her and she asks for her Igglybuff back (which she never gave me), i tried breeding Igglybuffs from both genders and giving them to her, even tried giving her the egg but won't take any, so i assume she has to appear as the OT.
What do you get from giving it to her ?

I think you get a full incense? It's one of the incenses. I forgot, I'm not sure why you can't give it to her though since I was able to breed a jigglypuff and give her the hatched igglybuff

tbh, i was quite baffled by her too

because she'll only accept her specific Igglybuff

but one day in wonder trade, i got an igglybuff and the OT seemed like her name

so i gave it a shot

...

and it worked!

I got a Pixie Plate and Luck Incense!

I guess that was changed since the beta release, since I used RPG Maker to give myself an Igglybuff and gave it to her and it worked. Unless I'm remembering wrong and I gave her hers back and then gave myself an Igglybuff as compensation.

it's in the "Online Play" feature thats available on your Pokegear

Wonder Trade lets you trade a pokemon for a random pokemon from a random person playing reborn who is using wonder trade at the same time

so you can get some good mons there but you'll find quite a lot of useless ones too

so it's a matter of luck but it's fun

So yes, it is possible that if you don't have her igglybuff in an e16 native file that she will still ask for it. All you need to do is create a new save and go get her igglybuff in that save (it just has to have her as the OT, it doesn't take more than 10 minutes with the speedup), then get someone else to help you by trading that igglybuff across a few files to the file you need it on.  Once you do you can trade her that igglybuff (because it has her as the OT) and get your rewards.
