oh wow, that would such a troll move. Imagine losing and he takes your badges. Now your pokemon won't obey you at all and you have to try and deal with it until you beat him in a rematch xp

I wouldn't think it would actually happen, just a nice nod to how he ripped up the 4th Blue Eyes White Dragon. Of course, he couldn't just take your badges, especially not your pokemon, but the reference is still there.
