3000 - This is Madness

I really hope topics add to post count or else I'm going to look very foolish

So hi, am Alexus. And assuming I'm not a scrub, this is my 3000th post. Now this is far from being an especially impressive number, it's a little under 4 posts per day. But when I signed up to join Reborn a little over two years ago, I never would have dreamed of achieving this number

I don't particularly have much to say, this just seemed like a good time to get sentimental

There's a couple people I need to thank, as they are all large parts of why I remain. I hope all of you see this even though some of you may not

Fezzdog - Thank you for helping me learn to love this community. You gave me a single and simple compliment, but it helped me feel welcome

Flux - Thank you for being a fun person and always being willing to talk with me even when we disagree. Also thank you for helping me get into roleplaying here

Murdoc - Thank you for helping me get into roleplaying here, if not for you I mightn't have finished Cassidy in any reasonable amount of time. And also thank you for remaining my friend despite our mutual quirks

Vinny - Thank you for being my fellow Weavile and being a cool guy to talk to, even if we haven't talked all that much

Arkhi - Thank you for being someone I can trust, and for understanding me even when I don't understand myself

Cowtao - Thank you for listening to my nonsensical ramblings and anxious worries

MDE - Thank you for being a reasonable and honest person, Reborn would do well if more mods were as willing to admit when they made a mistake. I might have left the community not too long ago if not for your reassuring my trust in the mod team

Wendel, Mikzal, and Hukuna - Thank you three for doing silly Terraria things with me, despite my internet being finicky

Alice - Thank you for loving me. Know that I will always love you in return

If you're not on here, that doesn't mean anything negative, it just means you haven't done anything specifically to help keep me in the community. Hopefully I mentioned you in the Member Appreciation Thread when I posted there

So yeah, three-thousand, surprisingly tiny number. I have one last thanks to give

Reborn - Thank you, the whole community, for letting me stay here even when I don't always like you. You're all my family, even the annoying cousins that I'm forced to play with against my will

I don't know you well and we are clearly very different people, but I still have a lot of respect for you. You stick to what you believe in, and are prepared to acknowledge opposing viewpoints, without yielding your own, which is an admirable trait.

Also, thanks for mentioning me and I'm glad I could help you stick around. Sorry if that last sentence sounded really awkward I'm really bad at thanking for thanks and so on, but I also felt like it would be wrong to not respond. So pretty much just thanks!

Oi, no problem. I'll be fun and willing to talk anytime. I can't think of too many times that we've disagreed (*cough* Jing Wei *cough*), but I could say that you're a big part of the reason I've been sticking around too, so thanks right back at you. I may not get on the server as much as I once did, but I can't remember ever having a talk with you that I didn't enjoy. Anyway, congrats on 3000, and make sure you keep sticking around. You're too cool to go away.
