Getting the pokemon nature you want?

How hard is it to get the one you want through breeding and how long does it take? (since I used up all my heartscales and mined all places.) is there certain places an egg needs to hatch to get certain natures?

No, it should be entirely random, though using a certain item on the parents (Destiny Knot?) makes them pass it down to the child. It should be a one in twenty fire chance.

Its an everstone for nature, but yes otherwise its random as Medic said

Ditto with everstone is the best bet for desirable nature, i usually softreset ditto for modest nature since i mostly use special sweepers on my team. Having mons with flame body or magma armour(slugma/magby line/ponyta) on your team will cut the egg hatching steps into half, however the effect does not stack with having two and above mons with those abilities.

Another alternative is to raise a pick up army but that might take a while, but then again so will breeding

Like Lord_Ludo already stated, the parent that is holding an Everstone will pass down the nature of the holder.

Another option is to use the Pokemon Psychologist in 7th Street and soft reset til you get the desirable nature.

Also if you want to farm Heart Scales for said Psychologist you can use a fainted Pokemon with Compoundeyes at the first party slot and a second with Thief/Covet and go for the Luvdisks in the Tanzan Cove.

Also you can try finding a Pokemon with the ability Synchronise and a nature you generally like to use and use it as the first party slot if you're looking for a wild Pokemon with said nature, if you ever want to bypass breeding.

well first off you can always collect more heart scales since well you can pick them up if you have a pick up team of at least lvl 51 and above. usually you will get a bunch of random stuff if you have a team of pick up pokemons following you around when you grind/ev train.Also u can get more heart scales from luvdisc grab a pokemon with compound eyes and catch all the luvdisc you fish or swap in a pokemon with thief/covet and steal the heart scales from those unless lovely luvdisc with thief/covet

As for breeding. Put everstone on the pokemon which you are breeding with the nature you want. say the female eevee has modest nature and you want all you other eevee egg to have modest nature put the everstone on the female eevee. works both ways u can also put on the male pokemon which have the nature that you want your eggs to have.

Also like derpy simon said save and soft reset until you get the nature you want at the pokemon psychologist.

All the breeding stuff was covered, so I'll just go ahead and point out that the CE stuff from this section's breeding guide can let you get and hatch 5 eggs every 30 seconds or so.
