Tm107 is Slash And Burn, 80 power 90 Accuracy physical grass move with some odd chance to burn, unsure of current %. Found on the way to the Grand City Gate area, east of the train tracks behind Primadonna...Karen? I believe her name was. Also, I'm unsure of the other scenario since I haven't tested it, but for defeating Flora you get TM53, Energy Ball. Useful! I explored the whole cave, got in via all possible entrances: Goldenleaf Town, Wispy Path, etc. use Surf, Strength, Rock Climb and no success in finding that TM...
