After he mysteriously fled the orphanage, it's probably been tough for him. Heck, we don't even know if he actually got arrested or not! Wherever he is, I at least hope he had a happy birthday, with Lizzy watching over him. ...Let's just hope that he's given up on ECT, though. Quote

ECT is entirely legal, though it's only used in extreme cases of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc. when all other treatments have failed. Quote
