I remember catching one on a Normal Day but that was pre 14.6 I read it needed to be Windy, but I'll check again the next time it's Sunny for me. It was not there on a Normal Day when I played yesterday. The wind ended during the day, so I got to check both Normal and Windy conditions. 0 Simon Posted April 20, 2015 Share Posted April 20, 2015 It is available in the wild now so yea, it is a Tall Grass Pokemon. The event that went along with it was axed a couple of episodes ago, I think Episode 11 or even earlier. Also, weather should not be a factor in whether Cottonee should appear or not.
