Is there like, any type of central structure to the Factions? Like maybe a system composed of a high command and then many smaller branches who are responsible for their own day to day operations but have to follow any orders given from the top brass, or is it more or of a loose and decentralized system made of mostly of individual branches who each just worry about and take care of things within their own territory and city and don't really go to many lengths to facilitate much in terms of coordination with one another?

There's a little bit of communication from city to city (say a faction loses a bunch of members to a particularly nasty beast, they can send for help or ask for advice) but for the most part they have their own independent commands and ideologies. Peacekeepers are a bit different as they're basically in charge of keeping the other two factions in check, so they have a bit more uniformity, but Noriko and Haruto answer to no one.

K, then, thanks. yeah, I kinda figured it was something like that with the Peace Keepers being more orderly and put together from the vibes I got from them earlier while still running Faust character. I just wasn't too sure about the Preservers or protectors in comparison though.
