Vileplume vs Bellosom vs Victreebel

With vileplume your best attacking options re gigadrain and moonblast, and with victreebell you get leafblade/powerwhip and knock off. Without looking at the type chart, I think that means Victreebell has better coverage. It depends on whether or not Vileplume's hidden power is usable (ie good type/power). Vileplume gets better support mvoes (toxic/aromatherapy), but they both get sleep powder. Vileplume is bulkier, Victreebel is much faster (still kind of slow, base 70). Ultimately up to you what you think your team needs. Vileplume is a better defensive option, while victreebel is better offensively.

I think he was talking about himself Vince haha.

Anyways, like Hilda stated, I would personally go with Victreebell over Bellossom if I wanted my team to be more offensive while I would run Vileplume if I wanted to be defensive.

For Victreebell, you can run (if you were going to run a Sun-Orientated team) a special, physical, or mixed Victreebell.

Special Sweeper

Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Giga Drain - Available as a Egg Move
- Sludge Bomb - Available with Pre-Episode 13 Breeding Mechanics
- Weather Ball - Available as a Egg Move
- Growth - Learnt as Bellsprout/Weepinbell

Special

Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Rash Nature
- Sleep Powder - Learnt as Victreebell (Don't really recommend with the nerf with Sleep)
- Leaf Storm - Learnt as Victreebell
- Sludge Bomb - Available with Pre-Episode 13 Breeding Mechanics
- Knock Off - Learnt as Bellsprout/Weepinbell

Mixed

Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 148 Atk / 112 SpA / 248 Spe
Naive Nature
- Power Whip/Leaf Blade - Power Whip as an Egg Move and Leaf Blade through level up as Victreebell
- Hidden Power Fire/Weather Ball - Hope good luck comes your way for HP Fire/Weather Ball as an Egg Move
- Sludge Bomb - Available with Pre-Episode 13 Breeding Mechanics
- Sleep Powder - (Don't really recommend with the nerf with Sleep)

With Vileplume, you can run it more Defensively or even Offensively.
Defensive/Offensive

Ability: Effect Spore
EVs: Offensive: EVs: 112 HP / 252 SpA / 144 Spe or Defensive: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Offensive: Modest Nautre or Defensive: Bold Nature
- Giga Drain - Learnt as Oddish/Gloom
- Sludge Bomb - Available with Pre-Episode 13 Breeding Mechanics
- Synthesis/Moonlight - Available as a Egg Move and Moonlight learnt as Oddish/Gloom
- Aromatherapy/HP Fire/HP Ground/Toxic - Aromatherapy learnt as Vileplume, Have to get lucky for HP Ground/Fire, and Toxic learnt as Oddish/Gloom

Overall, I'm not the biggest fan of any of these three, but I can say Vileplume and Victreebell is the way to go.

I have a shiny Gloom and Leaf Stone with me, so I guess that's it. Problem is Sludge Bomb, though.
