Phlytosion Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 The only significant choice that truly affects the game is when you decide to fight Sigmund or Sirius. Choosing one of them only allows you to fight the other later in the game. And in the end, it still doesn't affect the main storyline. You just miss some optional text that may or may not be considered important. Quote
