Well, it is still in the game, just can only be found in the Chrysolia Forest during the Morning/Afternoon at 4%. Reborn EV Training Guide <- Will be your friend if needing to the encounter rate/time of day a Pokemon will appear. 0 Damage Posted September 25, 2014 Author Share Posted September 25, 2014 I literally changed it to daytime right before I saw this as I looked at it's pokedex info and evolve requirement being a shiny stone and said "hey maybe a thunderstorm isn't the best time to look for it." Well the guide has a lot of work put into it already so I mean some things people just have to ask around for. Can't do all the work yourself but if you do more power to ya.
