  1. (foreword: I'm sorry if this seems out of place; there isn't really a dedicated place to ask about the game's development; Jan has his private messages off so I can't directly contact him, and the staff contact form seems to only regard matters involving the entire website in general instead of contacting the developers of specific games hosted on this site) Greetings. I'm here to ask if there's a version of Rejuvenation v13.5 that doesn't have anything development/scripting related obfuscated (PBS files for encounter/trainer/pokemon data, ingame scripts, etc). The reason why I need it is because I'd like to make a mod of the game for personal use (for now) that adjusts a variety of things to better suit my preferences (mostly adjusting difficulty, encounter rates, etc), but it turns out that the only possible modifications that can be made to the game's currently public version are just adjusting map layouts, replacing sprites, and swapping out music files, which leaves the published version with near nonexistent modding potential. There's clearly demand for mods of this game as evident by the various popular mods made for the last version that added new pokemon/forms and rebalanced the game, and I remember Jan saying on his blog that he encouraged people to use Rejuvenation as a base for their own projects, and in another blog post, he mentioned that one of the justifications for removing Intense mode was that he thought it'd be better if making a hard difficulty was left to the community's mod makers. However, there's one gap in that - the published version of Rejuv doesn't actually let you change ANY scripts or PBS files to actually implement changes like those. Regardless, I feel like Rejuvenation has a lot of hidden potential that could be best unlocked via letting players make the improvements/additions they feel would enhance the game without them having to wait and pray for an update that implements the changes they want. Because of this, I'd like to ask if I could have an up to date copy of Rejuvenation with pretty much everything (and I actually mean everything; no hidden obfuscated game data please) accessible with standard RPG maker game editing tools (which means just notepad++ and RPG maker). An alternative and even better idea would be making said fully editable copy available to the public, so other people interested in modding can begin working on mods.
  2. gale wings tailwind + acrobatics talonflames (plural) made the fight way easier you can figure out the rest but if you somehow need any more advice consider fighting fire with fire
  3. huh, a lot of these are earlier than I expected guess someone wanted to avoid the problems v13 had with some aevian forms being either so late in the game that you'll have almost nothing to use them on, or so hidden that you'll probably never use them on your first playthrough without a guide from screenshots someone shared with me I think aevian volcarona will be fun to try out
  4. From what I've heard, there's been numerous people struggling to download the game due to someone deciding on questionable methods of installation/updating, which either involve an installer that took around 15 minutes for me to fully download the game after running it (compared to the around 10 minutes it took me to install v13, which was a version that was playable the moment you unzipped it), or using the manual method which requires a pre-existing copy of the game. For those who've found the "official" v13.5 installation methods inefficient, annoying, or not really possible for your computer, then I'm providing links to pre-installed copies of Rejuvenation v13.5 here. All you have to do is unzip them and you'll be ready to play V13.5. You might want to run the updater .exe just in case of any hotfixes being posted, but this should make downloading the game much easier. MEGA mirror Mediafire mirror Hopefully this doesn't break any obscure rule that would prevent me from providing alternate download links for a game that's already published on this site.
