oh man it really has been a whole decade huh huge, huge thanks to the devs and the community through all these years! i got into this game around E16 release, and to see this game take on its final form after many years makes me tear up a lil... soon, we can all dive down into our very own Citae once more. -

I remember getting one by giving an Aquamarine Ore to a guy in either Kristiline or Teila after I got the 7th badge (you might be able to get it before, not sure)! You can get Aquamarine Ore by using Blast Powder on the mining rock next to fisherman facing down towards a surf spot in Aquamarine Cave (on the path to where you rescued Saki)
