I myself am wondering, is there a way to enable dev mode without downloads, scripting, or rpgmaker/ruby, or whatever? If there is, I would appreciate it if someone could let me know.

You might want to take a good steel type, like klinklang, and use x-items (assuming you have been using the x-items, though).

Here's a file I got from someone else a while back with such a ditto.
Pretty sure it still has the perfect shiny ditto (which I originally downloaded it for), but it also has a shiny eevee. I traded a few pokemon to it, for some1 else.
-
Please note: that terminal is used for a series of events to unlock a mega stone. The battle against Master Mime (The pulse's name) does not involve a data chip. Hopefully, this helps you.

I feel it could use a lot of improvement. If I am right, you can enter the cemetery cave around that point. You could find bunnelby there, and get one with huge power. If you wish for me to trade you a few that might be useful additions, pm me and I will respond as soon as possible.

This is interesting. Kinda funny to see that the area has bugs like that, maybe I should check it out, but probably won't.
-
I do not believe so. Spore can be sketched by Smeargle, like all other moves, but that is only temporary. (You could look for a debug script to add it via debug, but these can be Trojans)
Though I am not entirely sure, I believe you'd need to edit the scripts to ensure double battles.

I'm no expert, but it seems that you are missing files in the Pokemon Reborn folder. Redownload the update or game to fix this.

This should have a shiny ditto and shiny male eevee, as well as a female eevee.
-
Btw, too lazy to make a separate save file, so the one I'm sending was from yet another player, just with 2 more pokemon.
-
I can post a save file with a ditto and female eevee (though it doesn't matter with a ditto...). Give me a bit.
-
perhaps someone with save file editing skill could aid you by editing the save file.
-
I checked the graphics folder where they'd be. I am afraid not, there are no shiny egg sprites. Good luck with your shiny finding!

If you need anything else, I'm sure the community and I will help.

Got it sorted for you! This is for you to interact on.
-
I found your file. It's a little mean, as the design can make it easy to get confused. There is a second interaction point. I'll see if you have it in the right spot, and if not move it there.

There's an issue with getting magikarp though, cause you can't complete the quest for it till you reach the scrapyard. May have one I can trade to you, but the quest simply isn't worth it. You could get so many great water types by that time, Squirtle being one of them.
-
I believe I should have an extra 6 IV ditto on my first save (and I actually do have 2). If my activity does not line up, there's a thread with a save that has a shiny 6 IV ditto.

I would recommend getting the Eevee to evolve into a Pixelate (Ability) Sylveon with hyper voice, though you won't be able to get hyper voice yet. Base it on Sp. Atk. for maximum damage. I don't really use the other ones, myself, but others might know more.
Although unrelated, I recommend Noivern for a dragon type, until you can get Deino (3 dark matter, 1 soul candle, also needs rock-climb) or Bagon (up high in a rock-climb mountain), and finish their evolutionary lines. Salamence is better balanced than Hydredion (I always spell that name wrong). If you want, I might be able to give you one of the 2 (I can somewhat easily get them at near perfect IV's).
The benefit of Trapinch is that it can evolve into flygon, and is immune to electric type attacks.
Zubat... just no. There's better evolutionary lines for flying or poison. Furthermore, Toxapex can have merciless (ability) and toxic, so it can always land crits on poisoned enemies and poison them. This is not to say I'm familiar a lot with the poison type, I'm not.
Here's a tip for you, though. Get a nincada and evolve it with 1 extra slot open on your team. This gives you shedinja, which will help you later on against a gym (The water type gym). Doesn't really matter what its stats are (only 1 pokemon can hit it there), but low ones would make it a real slog.

That was not really my intent, but I guess I am not the best with words. Sorry for any miscommunication.

Please be respectful of spoilers, some won't want to see them. In the post box, there is an eye that can be used to add a spoilers box.

The route is not linear, necessarily, though, so be careful.

As a note, if you've finished this with Titania, all water should be blue. I am going off of assuming you need to complete the puzzle first time. If not, and you have done it completely before (to the boss), then you should refer to debug, an older save, etc.
SpoilerThe route is from the bottom, wrong entry.
Go to the waterfall entrance. I'll give you the route there from that position, to the best of my ability.
SpoilerDoor to the right. Leads to this room:
If those gates downward aren't open, like with mine, do the puzzle with Titania, or replicate it. If they are, just go down and take the leftmost door.
This is the first of the puzzle. It will eventually lead you to your destination.
Get to this terminal. Should have trash to jump on. Use it, go right, activate the gate. Then go back around and push the trash you used to reach it to stand next to the stairs on the platform in the image. Go to the rightmost door.
That is step 1.
SpoilerYou should now be in this room.
Complete the puzzle. Push the rock so that Titania can reach the other side and then raise the water level. Lower it afterward. Pass through the door on the bottom right. You are in this room, now. It uses pretty much the same steps, so get Titania to be able to jump across. Lower the water level and use the door on the bottom left.
The next step:
Spoiler
You've entered this room, now use this terminal, go left, lower the water level, go back to the area you entered it from, push the trash, raise the water level, and jump to here:There's a terminal up ahead, go use it to open the second gate. Then go back and lower the water level. Cross with the stairs to the right, go down, and use the next stairs to take the bottom left door.
You're now here.
Just go through the left door. You are now here:
Following these steps should lead you to the terminal to unlock that gate, which is above my character. If you need further help on the puzzle, refer to this video guide:
The video is at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ocevwtNT1Zc.

If you have the grid key... doesn't that come after the treatment center boss? Have you fought it yet?
The gate is something that should be unlocked, by the active monitor in the same room, if I remember correctly. You can try jumping over the trash, and looking around there, or going right. I unlocked that during the story quest. I'll look into your issue. With a post-game save, no less, but still.

In advance, I apologize if this comes out the wrong way, as I do not mean to be rude, harsh, or otherwise hurtful. And I am poor at judging if it would be such.
Ultimately, what matters is if others enjoy it, so please keep this in mind.
For me, it is not the difficulty that I have problems with, just the grinding. I consider the only real challenge to be the level scaling. Because of this, I started a new run on a lower difficulty, to reduce the need to get perfect IVs (though I might not have if I had a ditto for breeding...).
I think that everyone understands a dislike of tedious grinding. Imagine having to launch the game 30-100 times (maybe even 1000) to get a good eevee or starter, not even a great one. Or perhaps, it's grinding for hours to get a close to perfect IV Pokémon through breeding (doing so for a whole team in Reborn is miserable). For me, it's more of avoiding time sinking addons to an experience.
To repeat myself, I apologize if this seems harsh or rude, that is not my intent.
