    So I just restarted Rejuvenation because I wanted a Rillaboom.

      Yes. Thank god Wimpod didn't disappear in V13.

      It’s in Safari Zone, in Terajuma Island. And, unfortunately, you need 7 badges to use properly Rock Climb in Route 5, Rock Smash for breaking rocks in order for encounter,  a Pokemon that has the move Purify for transforming Corrupted Cave Field into Cave Field and Surf to pass the water in Cave when you enter Safari Zone.
