Finally beat the nightmare challenge. And woah a lot happened. That I guess abyss place was really cool. So we saw our memories, plus some memories of others. Cain/Aya, Blake/Cal, Radomus/Gardervoir, and some meteor things here and there (I'm on the Zekrom path in case that matters) But there were some things I was confused by. Biggest, was the whole Glaceon/Espeon->Lumi/Eve thing. Noel and Anna were strapped into some beds, but labeled as Eve and Lumi. And it was stated they borrowed their bodies? I somehow beat it. Literally just remembered bullet punch for Meta and knocked out ribombitch. Took some careful work but I beat Cain first and then Shelly was easy. Thank god I was healed for the next one, and it was so much easier. I was able to heal my team fully in battle before beating luna. Then Rado and Serra weren't too bad. Got rid of that Ninetales to prevent aurora veil and yep that was it. bullet punch helped for gardevoir too thank god. now I get why people like priority moves.

Like I've only tried 4 times? And based on how hard it is, this genuinely might make me quit the game. I literally cannot get passed Cain and Shelly. The wiki must be outdated, because allegedly ALL the enemies only have 10 IVs in their stats, no EV distribution, and random natures. According to this, Ribombee should NOT be outspeeding my Lycanroc or Infernape, yet does so easily. The only thing I can think of is to have Lycanroc and Empoleon (teach Empo Defog, I believe it learns it) to get rid of sticky web. But otherwise idk how tf I'm gonna beat this thing, unless I pay someone to do it fo

I think this started in the circus. I don't believe I ever noticed any issues with my pronouns, but I came across a character who stated there was a bug at the time (I started at 18, I think it said the bug was 14/15?) and I could change my pronouns to fix it. I think he said the issue wasn't present anymore past 16 or something but I opted to do it just in case and re-selected Male. However since then I've definitely noticed I am always referred to as them. Its not a huge deal, I'm not gonna rage about it, but it is, I guess weird? Would be nice to be called a guy but just in case

I'm having trouble deciding which is a better setup for Magnezone. I fully understand if this is dumb af, I never was a competitive player so please don't judge me too harshly. A Magnezone set I used in XY (story mode though) that I really liked was: Modest/Analytic/ EVs in HP and SAtk/Assault Vest I like this because, the way I see it (could be wrong feel free to correct me) this gives it all around tankiness plus power. Naturally high Def, SDef boosted Assault Vest and EVs in HP. And with no spd investment, it should go last to do massive damage with an analytic boost

Its so funny how even little differences change everything. I finally beat her, literally all I did was level up Metagross from 74-81 (yeah I know it shouldnt have been that low in the first place, I'm a dumdum) and it one shot sandslash. then my regular plan followed through as normal but with my new aggron who took out klefki and perish song'd aegislash. I'm struggling with her right now. I have a decent team that I can beat most of her team, I struggle to beat her Klefki or Aegislash. Scizor is a mixed bag. Team: Infernape, Metagross, Escavalier, Scrafty, Empoleon and Absol For her Sandslash, I start with Meta to use Brick Break on her Veil. I think Meta needs a few more levels because I only get it to red and still take an EQ. But still beat Sandslash easy. Then she sends out Escadrill, I send out Escavalier (who holds Magic Seed) so first turn I use Swords Dance, while it uses Sandstorm, then I use Drill

Hmm well now that I have you rooting for me, I feel I have to pick him now. Also, as much as Grenny is my favorite water starter, his lack of TMs until Agate makes me nervous so I'm definitely hesitant to pick him. I wasn't sure whether to post this here or in the bug section, but I have more general questions so assumed here was ok? So from what I've seen its semi-common to have that bug in Spinel Town which makes it rain all the time, preventing the Sticker event. I saw an admin posted some replacement data so the event would happen regardless of weather but it didn't work. I've also seen there is a mod where you can change the weather. I was in your boat literally today. Days of training. Please tell me you have the EV items to make this easier. I actually swept her team easily now. Catch rockruff route 2, evolve to midday and relearn rock slide. EV train Atk + Spd 252 and level to at least 69. With that you can speed past typhlosion and one shot them both. I also had a hard stone to boost rock moves. volcarona has a rock weakening berry so try a water or flying move for it. I'm really trying and I still can't beat anyone after her Ty/Dar. I use Fake Out to stop Ty, and Blizzard cools off the place. But my Meowstic is weak af so she gets taken out in one hit. Empoleon surfs and can usually get them both out. But after that she walls me. Her Rotom Reflects which stops my Lyc, or her Delphox LS which walls everyone else.

How should I my setup? I taught Lycanroc Stealth Rock. Should I start with him and Walrein? Use Accelrock on typhlosion to make eruption weaker, then use blizzard? Will blizzard still remove the super heat while the field is burning?

Ok well, I couldn't find any 'gym leader' guide that was brought up to me in my last post. And I am asking this here because I did look at older posts and did everything mentioned and still I can't win. I spent 6 hours yesterday and 7 hours today catching and training new pokemon, backtracking to relearn moves etc. And still nothing,I'm literally willing to pay somebody to take my save and beat her for me because I don't know wtf to do anymore and its getting too frustrating. I 100% blame myself for this, but an issue I have noticed I have is I don't plan ahead properly. I didn't get a Rain Dance TM before Agate and I should've put in that effort to catch beldum for Samson and many other things. I see many gyms that are hard, are easy to beat with specific Pokemon (like Hawlucha for Samson/Lycanroc+Bronzong for Charlotte etc) but I don't stop to think and catch certain Pokemon especially since I don't know whats coming. So is there a guide that shows useful tips like to catch certain Pokemon at specific times or get certain items? It was v
