I think there is enough space on the map to squeeze a city in there. Labradorra City is indeed located west/northwest of Calcenon, at the foot of Ametrine Mountain. Looking at reborn's logo it's safe to assume Labradorra is directly to the left and it's gonna have blue and green ones.

That's a solid looking team. I'd replace Mightyena though, as at this point in the game it falls behind. I think your team lacks some sort of speed control, a tailwind on noivern is a decent option. I feel like a bulky trick room psychic type would help a lot since it would work great with both golurk and vikavolt. The first thing that comes to my mind is reuniclus, but seeing as half of your team doesn't appreciate rock type attacks i'd go with bronzong. Trick room, gyro ball would be 2 moves i'd definitely go with, maybe hypnosis to replace yawn you had on mightyena. You may put explosion in the 4th slot so you can go trick room -> explosion to immidiately send out another pokemon and not waste any trick room turns. You probably know this already but if your pokemon uses trick room while holding amplified rock, the effect lasts 8 turns instead of only 5. At some point I suggest swapping brick break for drain punch on golurk to better utilize it's ability and for additional recovery. Also, some priority moves wouldn't hurt. Extremespeed on arcanine is always a good option.
