Overrated: Rotom (W) I see this guy all the time. Easy to predict again - 90% of the time it's scarfed and attempts to volt switch away. Weak little thing. Underrated: Tangela Bold, 252 HP, 252 Def, Eviolite. Beast. Hated: Gliscor. Such a skarmory wannabe.
