    A Libero Cinderace can learn Pyro Ball like that. But what if it can learn any types of soccer ball moves by Cinderace's Move Tutor. So here's the list of moves similar to Pyro Ball :

    Electric type move : Shock Ball - Has a 10% chance of paralyzing the target.

    Ice type move : Freeze Ball - Has a 10% chance of freezing the target.

    Poison type move : Corrosion Ball - Has a 10% chance of badly poisoning the target.

    Dark type move : Darkness Ball - Has a 10% chance of putting the target to sleep.

    Ghost type move : Cursed Ball - Has a 10% chance of putting a curse to the target.

    Psychic type move : Psycho Ball - Has a 10% chance of confusing the target.

    Ground type move : Sand Ball - Has a 10% chance of preventing the target from fleeing or switching out as long as the user remains in battle.

    Water type move : Aqua Ball - Has a 10% chance of bounding the target.

    Rock type move : Stone Ball - Has a 10% chance of flinching the target.

    Grass type move : Seed Ball - Has a 10% chance of leaving a Leech Seed on its target.

    Fairy type move : Magical Ball - Has a 10% chance of causing the target to be infatuated.

    Flying type move : Wind Ball - Has a 10% chance of increasing the user's Speed stat by one stage.

    Fighting type move : Ki Ball - Has a 10% chance of increasing the user's Attack stat by one stage.

    That's all how I think of elemental ball moves that only Cinderace can learn.

      90% chance to win a battle without doing anything, which is the accuracy of that move.

       

      So, in your case, can Cinderace have 4 Balls moves? Or is your Cinderace always Fire by default and has to pick one Ball move?

       

      Other possibility, your Cinderace has the type of his move. Now, I picture a team of 11 Cinderace lead by a soccer captain trainer.

      It’s very positive for Cinderace to have 4 Ball moves, but Cinderace will be always Fire type by default. After all, the ability Libero can change the type of the move it can use. Plus, that hidden ability is a reference to libero, a versatile position in football. So imagine if Libero can change Cinderace forms, depending on any types.
