    Here's Pokemon Rejuvenation : Light, Darkness and Shadow. It’s Ana’s story. When Aevis gives her a male Ralts (which it’s her very first Pokemon) after Act 1 Story :

    Ana : Aevis? What is this? Why are you giving me a Pokeball?

    Aevis : Listen. Consider it as a gift. It contains Ralts. A male one.

    Ana : Huh?

    Aevis : You wanted to be a Pokemon Trainer so you wouldn’t be a burden to us.

    Therefore, this is your first step of becoming a Pokemon Trainer.

     

    Aevis gave Ana a Ralts.

     

    Ana : It’s just so sudden.

    Aevis : I know. So, from now on, I’ll teach you many important lessons.

    Since you’re now a rookie trainer, I’ll give your Pokemon many level up as fast as he can.

    If you evolve Ralts, I’ll give you this.

     

    Aevis is holding a Dawn Stone.

     

    Ana : Oh. Fair enough.

    But only one condition.

    Aevis : Which condition?

    Ana : Don’t hold back. Strike with everything you’ve got.

    Aevis : Well… You know… It’s going to be the worst pain for yourself!

    I don’t want you to push you and your Pokemon that far!

    If anything goes wrong, we’ll call it a day.

    Ana : I don’t care! I just want to protect not only Aevia but even everyone else from Team Xen.

    I’m sick of being useless.

    You knew already how it tragically ended.

    Aevis : That’s the spirit.
