Any way to free the daycare pokemon outside of shards?

It's worth to buy all of them, yeah. Not only will you eventually get something worth, but shards are pretty easy to get later on in the game. -
Finally caught up to the current episode after taking a break at the fairy gym, and I'm glad I finished it. Keep up the good work, can't wait for new changes in the future. Definitely a game I'd enjoy replaying.
