ZCell 036: Church of Theolia Is not available when you place its photo in the guide, there is a rift blocking it.

When i manually added WildEncounterRate changes to scripts.rxdata file and it works so thats my band-aid fix We need a custom script file anyways this patch anyways so meh.

Is it better to stay on V12 with modpack or to update to V12.1 and add this non-updated modpack(if it even works :P)?
