Even if there is, I don't expect it to be anytime soon, The actual Gen 8 games could potentially take a couple years to finalize (if it has the '2nd part' games of the generation like Emerald, Platinum, BW2, etc), and the Reborn team clearly needs rest

It might have also been Aironfart's XP mod, but I figured this was more likely to be the culprit. The lady just keeps telling me that I already drew a ticket despite it being different days

You get Clefairy in the Circus (level unsure) by the high striker game as well as Vulpix by trading a Stunfisk

Go back to find Titania and Amaria at their place. You can also use Waterfall now so go exploring around there
