Thanks for the help! It took a bit longer than usual, but they did eventually appear to clear away more obstacles.

Okay, so I caught a Heracross in a small section by the Silver Powder. But now I put Honey and trees up in North Aventurine Woods and no Pinsir or Heracross are appearing. So I guess my question is this: After you catch Heracross or Pinsir, do they no longer appear at trees spread with Honey? ((And if so, is there a way for me to UN-save what I just did??))
