If 1 and 2 could promote yesterday, does that mean 3 and 4 could promote tonight? If so, that answers the question on number of roles.

Honestly I forgot about Coyote - Bulletproof and would have given them a bypass, but I'm sticking to what I originally posted on it. Vest will protect from Coyote/Werewolf/whateveryouwannacallit. Also, Coyote is really only considered Mafia for their Win Condition. They're still totally alone.
