  1. My favorite gym is the Striaton City gym. Yes, it's the first gym in Unova and is easy as a result, but it does two things I've not seen in Pokemon up to that point: it teaches the elemental trio of what beats what to new players in a way that doesn't insult their intelligence, and the second and more important reason, is that what you fight against is based on who you chose as your starter. I enjoy that kind of dynamic, that the Gym Leader's team is different depending on some outside influence. The other gym of great note is the Petalburg City Gym. It is the first time in EVER that you not only have a father, but face off against him. And he's no pushover either. It's a really satisfying gym and battle.
  2. Well, I look at it a few ways. If, by favorite type you mean which type has the most Pokemon I like in it, it's the fire type. To count, the fire type has 13 of my favorite Pokemon (I'm counting evolutions as one collective count, so the Torchic line counts as 1, not 3). But as far as my favorite type to use, it would be the Psychic type. While I only have 8 Pokemon favorites in it (one of which is shared with Fire type group), they are my constant go-to Pokemon, and my #1 favorite is Psychic typed: Mewtwo. Gardevoir is always a mainstay on any team I can have her on. The Psychic type Pokemon tend to be more of the type that can control the flow of battle, and boast both utility and power.
  3. By far, the cutest Pokemon to ever exist.
  4. 1.> Kanto (Blue) 2.> Johto (Soul Silver) 3.> Hoenn (Emerald) 4.> Sinnoh (Platinum) 5.> Unova (Black) 6.> Kalos (X) 7.> Alola (Ultra Sun)
  5. Grass: Chesnaught (Personal favorite and roleplay Poke`sona) Fire: Braixen (Hard choice between this and Ninetales as best firefox, but due to alolan vulpix, braixen takes this spot.) Water: Primarina (Best.Water.Starter.Ever) Normal: Lopunny (Team Charm) Electric: Zeraora (Luxray is shown, but Zeraora is hands-down the best looking electric type and will probably be awesome) Psychic: Mewtwo (Original and still #1 favorite. Watch the Birth of Mewtwo special and tell me that doesn't hit you in the feels.) Fighting: Blaziken (First favorite starter since Gen 3) Rock: Lycanroc (All 3 variations. My ONLY favorite rock type) Ground: Flygon (Awesome looking Pokemon and pretty good to use) Flying: Drifblim (Stockpile/Minimize/Baton Pass. Your chances to win end when I Baton Pass) Bug: Escavalier (Because medieval style. Only liked bug type. I have no actual favorite bug.) Poison: Roserade (Elegant and deadly) Dark: Weavile (Tied for first with Zoroark. Weavile barely takes the spot because Pokken is awesome) Ghost: Mismagius (Very elegant looking ghost) Ice: Alolan Vulpix (It is the most adorable Pokemon that exists. Period. End of story. Prove me wrong.) Steel: Lucario (My #2 favorite Pokemon of all time. Very Anubis-like. Just get rid of the chest spike.) Dragon: Latios (Adorable, and loved her in Pokemon Heroes movie) Fairy: Gardevoir (Team Charm) For Reborn end-goal team (PMD-themed): Lopunny (have), Medicham (have), Gardevoir (have to wait until 13th badge), Wigglytuff (Have Jiggly, will evolve), Ampharos (Currently Flaffy), Ninetales (Need to catch a Vulpix)
  6. Rotating map throws me off. I'd like the map to be stationary so I can always know where north is and my relative position to it.
  7. I would want either a remake/remaster of or a game similar to FE: Genealogy of the Holy War.Awakening came close to it, though the time travel plot was ridiculous and could have/should have gone down a continued path like Genealogy does. I want the Switch game to feature the two generation system and implement it WELL. Not some mystic crap of miracle grow children in Fates or from the future children. Have the first generation be the base you play with for the first half, have some grand betrayal or let a new threat emerge after 20-ish years of peace, and have the children be the new heroes, with maybe some of the now older heroes helping out.
  8. At present, Radomus is my bane. The chess field makes attacks super-effective against Pokemon they normally wouldn't be (Psychic one-shotting my Arcanine for example), and so much healing going about on his side. My Meowstic (F) is still my MVP and still able to hold her own, but not able to carry the team through this gym leader.

  10. Lovely. I guess Gallade/Gardevoir is considered too OP for even where it was at there?
  11. So here is the issue I'm coming across; I've gotten the magnet powder and just picked up the corrupted Pokeball from the railnet. According to every video and resource I've come across so far, there is a scientists in the Critical Catch store I'm supposed to give the ball to. Only...he's not there. So was there a change to his location? is this a glitch and he's supposed to be there? Or does he now not show up until much later?
